CareOnDemand is a service provider and staffing agency that allows its staff to manage their own schedules 24×7. Having to design its own navigational platform, CareOnDemand was able to capture up-to-date availability as well as work-location preferences of workers making our services more available and accessible anywhere at any time. CareOnDemand’s aim is to mitigate the staffing challenges by maximizing workers’ capacity and availability with a much wider geographic reach.

Today, CareOnDemand’s innovation is being used by hospitals and the Home and Community Care Support Services, HCCSS (formerly “LHIN”) in supplementing care for people with disabilities, the elderly, and those transitioning out of the hospitals.

Inspired by AI and Automation in healthcare, clients and families are now enjoying PSW and Nursing Services where and when needed. Our web and mobile platforms bring them access to real-time working PSWs and Nurses right in the palm of their hand.
