trueNorth operates on a low-barrier, walk-in basis where individuals receive access to assessment and treatment within the same visit. We offer compassionate, specialized, and accessible care through telemedicine-based medical consultations, advice and treatment related to substance use. We primarily offer care to people with opioid use disorder, or individuals with alcohol or benzodiazepine dependence. trueNorth takes a harm reduction approach to care and abstinence is not a required condition of treatment. We meet patients where they’re at, and work with them to reach their goals.
